ILEAD

I.L.E.A.D. is a branch in the ISERIES™ methodology; this branch has a focus and attention on administrators. I.L.E.A.D. was born from the experiences of an inner city middle school teacher who experienced classroom frustrations first hand.  I.L.E.A.D. is a comprehensive training practice to aid administrators  in building campus culture, a growth mindset and transformational leadership across campus and districts.  This is achieved by exploring oneself in addition to focusing on social and emotional practices. The following information below includes but is not limited to what is offered in the INSPYRE Education.
