I.W.I.S.H. is a branch in the ISERIES™ methodology; this branch has a focus and attention on students. I.W.I.S.H. is a comprehensive training practice that focuses on the love and belonging stage of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs; so, the campus can focus on instruction and learning (self-actualization). This is achieved by self-reflection and focusing on social and emotional practices.
